• Ghost
• Substack
• Wordpress . com 
• Blogger
• Wix
• Webflow
• LinkedIn Pulse - You might have a hard time indexing them, but they rank very well
• X articles. You can only post to articles if you have a paid subscription, but they rank well.

X is a social media, but I include it in the list, because the X articles do well in search and AI overviews..

Its important that you vary the content, so dont repost the same content, else they wont index.

I love Ghost, allthough its paid. The articles rank well, and the images also do well in image search, so its perfect if you have  physical items to sell.

Wordpress . com site is very good, especially if you keep posting to it. I see my posts tend to rank higher, the older the Wordpress site is, even though I dont backlink it...

For local seo, embed your maps in your articles, as well as include your NAP, it helps to establish your entity.
